What We Collect

From you (the business owner): Name, email, phone number, business name, city, voice recording (if you choose voice cloning), payment information (processed by Stripe — we never see your card number).

From callers to your line: Phone number, name (if they provide it), reason for calling, call duration. Call recordings (with disclosure).

How We Use It

• Provide the service (answer calls, route leads to you)
• Improve AI quality (make the voice agent better for your trade)
• Send you notifications (new leads, weekly reports)
• Process payments

What We Don't Do

• We don't sell your data to anyone
• We don't share caller information with third parties
• We don't use your voice clone for anything except your own calls
• We don't send marketing to your callers

Who Processes Your Data

• Twilio — Phone calls and SMS
• ElevenLabs — Voice synthesis
• Stripe — Payments
• Hostinger — Server hosting (Germany)

No other third parties have access to your data.

How Long We Keep It

• Call recordings: 90 days (then auto-deleted)
• Lead data: Until you delete it or cancel + 90 days
• Account data: Until you request deletion
• Payment records: As required by law (typically 7 years)

Your Rights

You can at any time:

• Export all your data (CSV download from dashboard)
• Delete your call recordings
• Delete your entire account and all associated data
• Request a copy of everything we have on you
