Gox Calls provides an AI-powered phone answering service for businesses. When you subscribe, we provision a phone number, configure an AI voice agent, and handle incoming calls on your behalf.
Plans are billed monthly. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds for partial months.
We answer calls forwarded to your Gox Calls number, capture caller information, qualify urgency, and notify you of new leads. We do not guarantee specific business results or revenue outcomes.
We are not a licensed contractor, medical provider, legal advisor, or emergency service. Our AI provides intake and routing only. Urgent situations are forwarded to you immediately.
Calls may be recorded for service quality and AI improvement. In states requiring two-party consent, callers are informed at the start of each call. Recordings are retained for 90 days unless you request deletion.
You own your business data, call logs, and lead information. You can export or delete it at any time. See our Privacy Policy for details.
If you provide a voice recording for cloning, you represent that you have the right to that voice (i.e., it's yours). We will not use your cloned voice for any purpose other than answering calls for your business.
Gox Calls is provided "as is." We do not guarantee 100% uptime or that every call will be handled perfectly. Our liability is limited to the amount you've paid in the current billing period.
Cancel anytime. Your phone number is released 30 days after cancellation. Your data is retained for 90 days in case you reactivate, then permanently deleted.
We may update these terms. We'll email you if anything material changes. Continued use = acceptance.
